The Breakup Kit
The Breakup Kit is an imagined by-product and special promotion for one of the most beloved and well-known makeup mascaras: Too Faced's "Better Than Sex". With young women in mind as the target audience, this bundle of promotional products inspired by the mascara has all a girl needs to nurse a broken heart back to health.
This project was created as part of the Introduction to Design class in the 1st year of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto's Communication Design degree.
The packaging of the closed, heart-shaped box. The aim of the box design is to be functional yet attractive, to captivate the possible customer, and give a feeling of comfort and luxury. It should feel like an excuse to pamper yourself.

The Products:
Too Cute To Handle Ice Cream Scented Candle: A candle inspired by the packaging of an ice cream tub for one, with a comforting smell to fill the room.
Tissues For Your Issues: Moisturizing wipes to remove smudged makeup, because after a break-up, we can't walk around with a stained face. With a refreshing smell, it's guaranteed to cheer up anyone.
All You Can Eat Chocolate Face Sheet: A chocolate face mask, with a packaging inspired by a chocolate bar, the perfect treat for a broken heart.
Mojito Buzz Bomb Alcoholic Lip Balm: A lip balm, to moisturize the lips after crying for hours. It contains a delicious mojito flavor, and a small percentage of alcohol, to lift up our spirits.
No Questions Asked Pink Colored Flask: A promotional flask, ideal for carrying a little liquid courage in your purse, for difficult moments.
